Delete Entire Account

Permanently removes your profile, matches, messages, and all personal data.

Remove only certain data (e.g. photos, messages) while keeping your account.

Requests sent from this page or by email are processed within 30 days (deleting from inside the app is immediate). Payment transaction records required by financial law may be retained for up to 7 years.

📋 What Gets Deleted

✅ Profile information (name, bio, photos, interests)
✅ Personality quiz results and compatibility scores
✅ Your approximate location and verification selfie video
✅ All matches and chat message history
✅ Push notification tokens and device identifiers
✅ Video call history and usage logs
✅ Token/credit balance (forfeited — non-refundable)
⚠️ Payment transaction records retained up to 7 years (legal requirement)
⚠️ Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained

📝 Submit Your Request

⚠️ Full account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Your token balance will be forfeited. This action cannot be undone.

✅ Request Received

We have received your deletion request. Your data will be processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation at the email address provided.

Include your registered email address and specify whether you want a full account deletion or partial data removal. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.

📱 Delete via the App

You can also delete your account directly in the Amar app:

Open the Amar app → Profile tab
Tap Settings → Account
Select Delete Account & My Data and confirm

In-app deletion takes effect immediately: your profile, photos, matches, chats, verification video and sign-in are removed from our live systems. Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days.
